THE COMMUNICATION OF LEADERS AND THE 12 SECRETS

I was chatting with my 10 years old niece when she suddenly asked me: “Hey Uncle, What’s the name of the book you are writing?” I said: “Communication Of Leaders”. So, she asked me again: “And, What is your book about?” I told her: “About how leaders communicate”. And she made another question: “Can I read that book?” That question confused me a bit, in fact I didn’t know how to answer immediately but I told her: “Of course! You can read it”. She told me: “Uncle, I knew I could read it even before you could tell me”. And I asked: “And how did you know you could read my book?” then she said: “Because we’re All Leaders”.
Looking at the world today in businesses, schools, academies, at home, in the organizations and even sports teams we can see how we increasingly have a shared leadership, where decisions are shared and where in different times any one can assume the leadership and not only the person who is in charge of the organization or team.
From my point of view I think that a true leader must surround himself (or herself) with people smarter than him, so he (or she) can share the leadership. If a leader wants to take decisions alone and pretends to be the smarter guy of the crew; that leader and that team are in troubles.
The information in this book review is particularly critical to the lives of people in any field. I was always looking for a way to tell others the reason for read this book, but there’s no other reason that the one that my little 10 years old niece gave me. WE ARE ALL LEADERS. At some point in life we have to negociate, positively influence, be motivators, to teach, lead people, win allies, convince about our philosophy, to spread our ideas, issue our opinions, hear suggestions, delegate functions, praise behaviors, transmit information. all these situations warrant us to act with leadership, for that simple reason I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart that We Are All Leaders. The Difference Is That Only A Few Believes This Sentence. And That’s The Difference That Makes The Difference.
