Your Time is Mine: Book 2 of quadrilogy When Times Collide (Your Time or Mine)

In Book 2 of this trilogy Sylvia Driscoll, author, surgical consultant, entertainer and singer, continues to travel backwards and forwards in time within Madsylleinevia, the house in Les Logos near Versailles in France which she inherited from her godmother, Madeleine Robbins, to whom she travels in the thirties and early forties. In the past she becomes involved in the second world war as she works with the Resistance and helps Madeleine who has opened Madsylleinevia to orphans and refugees and who nurses in war torn zones. In Sylvia's life in 2002 she has to cope with the AIDS which her two year old twins have as well as with a husband who, as Madeleine's son, increasingly suspects what Sylvia does, even as he cannot bring himself to fully believe that time travel is possible..
The war brings suffering for both Sylvia and Madeleine. It also changes Sylvia's life as she comes to realise that God has a claim on her life. Madeleine is more sceptical and finds it hard to forgive the atrocities which occur during the war.
