The two axis wobbling motion of the sail and other active spacecraft elements is considered as two degrees of freedom for which to enhance the gamma factors of the reactive surface elements with respect to the background.


Additionally, a two degrees of freedom for active surface area cyclical expansion and contraction are presented along with a counter twisting motion for enhancing gamma.
