Living through Cancer

The author has experienced cancer four times.
The second one and major one, Lymphoma, was covered in the book, “Cottage Cheese and Cancer; and other things your doctor does not tell you”.
The first was a multi colored spot on the back right shoulder, easily removed by a dermatologist scraping the skin. The third was mole that developed into cancer, and the fourth was an irritation on the tongue that developed into cancer.
Realizing that poor health limits what one can accomplish in life the author has spent a great deal of time and effort researching what is required to maintain good health.
The purpose of this book is to pass on the tips, hints and education in the hopes all can learn what has helped the author improve the quality of his life and hopefully will be able to improve the quality of their life.
