Second Edition of the Foreign Policy of the Soviet Union [Edited with Introductions and Notes By Alvin Z. Rubinstein]

This edition expands the authors analysis and historical examination of Soviet foreign policy since 1917. The introductory essays and selections now include material on such current soviet concerns as the ideological dispute with China, the nuclear test ban treaty, and changing Soviet attitudes toward the developing nations particularly India. Many of the selections are primary Soviet source materials not otherwise available in English.
