A bit about me....

My name is Sean Weathers, I am a Personal Trainer and ex Gym Fitness Instructor from the UK.
My background in the fitness industry has put me face to face with many different types of people all with their own individual goals. I have clients who are very much into the weight lifting and bodybuilding scene and some have problems building or shaping up their Chest.
Some have an imbalance and have built up their lower chest whilst the upper and inner regions have been under developed and some have a difficult time putting on any size at all, some have injuries and some are guilty of using incorrect form.
