The M542T is the best cost/performance driver for Nema 23 stepper motor.
It can drive every 2/4-phase NEMA size from 23 to 34 hybrid stepper motors which rated current from 1.5A to 4.5A.
The Max. resolutions up to 256 Microstep 51200 Steps/rev, higher resolutions than Leadshine M542 and DM542.
