Mia and Paul have a wonderful relationship but one day Paul calls Mia and ends their relationship. Mia is devastated but still has to live her life. Going to work like a robot she makes plans with her best friend Cecilia who brings Mia’s sister over without Mia knowing. They have a girl’s night and Mia get belligerently drunk and miss a call from Paul. For a few weeks they are separated and then they get back together. Mia is so happy but then she is very unhappy because when they get back together it’s like Paul is a completely different person. He is too touchy feely and clingy. After Mia breaks her leg in the mountains she realized that Paul is just too over bearing. This just turns her off and she tries to find a way to end it and walk away. Paul is rude to her sister and he just cannot stand for that. When she finally walks away she feels so much better and realizes it’s better to be alone than to be in a relationship she’s not totally happy in. Later on she realizes that walking away was the best thing she ever did.
