Andy Goodman was a brilliant strategist who knew when he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The criminal enterprise he managed for the Regan brothers, north of the Thames, was about to be annihilated by their bitter southern rivals, the much more powerful Williamson gang led by the monstrous Charlie Williamson, who had never known what a prisoner looked like because he never took any.

This was a good thing for Andy Goodman because it meant the two maniacs he worked for would be gone, just like him but with different destinations. Andy, his wife and two kids would be safe and far away. The Regans would be dead. That was the plan.

So Andy packed his bags along with a large suitcase full of Regan cash, which they wouldn't be needing. It was a well earned "redundancy" settlement to fund his new life in Australia. He had earned and deserved every penny. But he was careful to leave without saying "Good-bye".

Andy's new life, fortune and position in Sydney as chairman of the Albion football club should have been enough. But things changed when Las Vegas casino boss Tony Gallento unexpectedly arrived in town with two million dollars and two mafia hit-men. Money beckoned and Andy knew he should resist the call, not get involved, but old habits die hard. He just hoped he wouldn't.
