These high-interest 10 chapter novels are designed to excite the reluctant reader. The words included are from McGraw-Hill's Core Vocabulary. The Fry Readability Formula was used to determine readability levels. Each book includes comprehension questions that test for main idea, critical thinking, inference, recalling details, sequencing and more. The 60 vocabulary exercises are presented in modified Cloze format. Each book is 72 pages.
