Luke Nguyen is the owner of Sydney’s famous Red Lantern restaurants. He has written four previous cookbooks and is the presenter of several SBS cooking shows, including Luke Nguyen’s Greater Mekong, the companion to this book. Luke currently splits his time between Sydney and Vietnam.
