A wave has overtaken the world, explosions have painted he skies red and black, freak weather plagues the land, and yet there has to be more. That’s what Jared Black thinks, but no one seems to believe him. No one that’s left. When the world ends the worst place to be is on an island, and as food rots and people starve by the day, Josh plans to get out. His family is on the mainland, and he knows that he has to see if they’re alive. He has to know the truth. He has to find his little sister Emily. That is his driving motivation, and Josh is determined to hold out hope.
There has to be more, and he’s going to find it. It just may not be what he’s expecting.
