Aaron was running for the morning bus when Bart's negligence caused him to slip and fall on the side of the road. Because Bart was late for work and in a hurry he also stepped on Aaron's hand. Aaron's finger was almost crushed. Before he could get up from the ground the bus appeared and drove over his cell phone, completely destroying it. The driver jumped out apologized to him. Because his cell phone had become inoperable he took his migraine medication ten minutes late as his medical cell phone alert was no longer available. He suffered nausea and dizziness as a result of this delay and spent two hours in emergency medical care. The medical charges were paid by his medical insurance company. Aaron plans to bring suit as a result of these events.
