ASCE 41-13 Overview (SKGA Web Seminar DVD with PDF Handout)

ASCE 41-13 combines and updates the national standards for seismic evaluation (formerly ASCE 31-03) and seismic retrofit (ASCE 41-06). This webinar describes the new document's features and the benefits of the combined standard, as well as the past problems it now solves.
