The Runoff

David hated the rain and everything that came with it. It rained when he had his first heartbreak. It rained when he got into arguments with his friends, it rained when his sister died. The rain did nothing but drown everything around it. But little did David know, the rain was always there to cleanse him and the most important things were what was left in the runoff.
