Free to Kill Again

Free to Kill Again tells the stories of 30 convicted murderers who were released only to turn around and kill again. Many were serving life sentences and were released early. Some were serving life sentences without parole eligibility and still got out while some were even on Death Row before they were released. The first 19 stories are American cases with the next 10 taking place in the UK and the final one in Canada.
