When his mother unexpectedly dies from a car accident, Harrison Kruger's plans to live up his senior year seem like an impossibility. With the help from a psychiatrist, however, Harrison gets back to himself again -- almost.
One day, Harrison comes across his mother's diary, and he is led to believe that maybe her death wasn't an accident after all. From then on, Harrison begins an investigation all by himself. He lets go of his senior year, and he focuses all of his time and energy on finding his mother's murderer. But as Harrison keeps digging, he, too, risks getting himself killed.
