This is the first book that explains the relationship between virtue and physical fitness. In Chapter 8, Victor speaks about the Universe regulating your success based upon the sincerity of purpose". In Chapter 6, perhaps the most thought provoking chapter in the book, Victor refers to prejudice of any kind as a denial of the self and an unnatural response that limits emotional as well as physical growth. In Chapter 4, Victor explains that although goal achievement is important, we must work toward goals that are intimate and of our own design. In Chapter 3 he provides for each of us a personal declaration of belief and a contract that holds us to making a stride in the direction of our true dreams and objectives. Chapters 13 and 14 provide the most descriptive workout programs ever designed. In Chapter 13, Victor provides for us his personal workout for the gym with incredible detail. Chapter 14 provides a descriptive workout one can do at home. These workouts are the actual workouts Victor has used to achieve his physique. Vic's attention to detail is incredible and there are dozens of pictures throghout this 210 page book that will have you wishing there were 210 pages more.
