Description

Lola is a vigorous American young woman. Her fantasy is to become a model, but this fantasy of hers might soon fade away because of how drastically she gains weight.
Lola's mother is a CPA at an immense bookkeeping firm, and her father is a worldwide pilot who is consistently away from home. Her two parents works increased, leaving Lola home without adult supervision. Lola returns home from school around 4 p.m., and on most days she would spend about five hours alone. To battle off the exhaustion that set in after around two hours, Lola swings to the TV.
Every day Lola wastes a lot of time gazing vacantly at nothing in particular on TV. She sits on the sofa for a while to survey movies and reality shows. In the midst of the attachments, Lola would go to the kitchen and find scraps, cupcakes, wafers and chips to keep herself busy while gazing at the TV set. Her walk to the kitchen’s snacks area is her routine.
From time to time, she would connect with some friends and make plans for the day she will start going to the gym. However, that day never comes. Each time she would put off her new eating regimens "until tomorrow or one week from now." Getting fit is her goal, and it requires her to move, but Lola loves to sit. Those long, stationary hours eventually started to take a toll on her well-being as she started to put on some weight. She is aware of the fact that recent studies show an association between stationary TV time and pre-adulthood weight-gaining issues. For the time being, however, this is nothing but head knowledge.
Is it just her with her situation and her addiction to the TV set? …
Here are some easy tips that will help young and old to stay in shape and healthy in as little as 89 days.
