The worst has come to pass.

World War III has devastated the United States of America. Nuclear and germ warfare have decimated the population. Now the country's streets are run by rapists, killers, and cannibals. The only light at the end of the tunnel seems to be from a runaway locomotive.

Patriot Victor Keel has other plans. United with a resistance force of rebels, he plans to regain control of the crippled country. It will prove to be a long process, and many will die, but that's the price that must be paid.
