How to Implement the Earned Value Management System in 5 Easy Steps

This book is about a project management tool, a system actually, which should make project managers smile. It often makes them frown, and use some harsh words which I will not repeat here. That management tool is the Earned Value Management System, or EVMS. Actually this book goes beyond basic EVMS to explain what I term as the Integrated Earned Value Management System, the IEVMS. As will be shown this book describes a system which integrates the EVMS with Risk Management (FMEA) and a Quality Management System (QMS).
