My heart is drawn to capturing memories with pen and paper of relatives who mentored me when I was growing up, who built my faith by watching their faith in action. It fills me with joy when a memory becomes a story, and a story brings to mind a scripture and a prayer, so that they all mesh beautifully together. Not all of these stories are about relatives. Some are lessons learned from living life, while trying to learn to fly on wings of faith.

My prayer for this little book would be that as I sing my song with all my heart through stories, born of the Christ within me, God would use them to encourage others and build their faith. May my voice, with God’s help, ring clear and true and may He bring a listening ear to hear His voice through the stories He has inspired me to pen.
