Within this short story, a synoptic discussion of how the vision of the church as a heavenly city on earth is informed onto humankind as the Gothic Cathedral, but why?

Upon further development of this internal monologue the student has with himself, there are quick realisations of how English Gothic Architecture was influenced by the French as with St. Bartholomew The Great and Westminster Abbey.
