How do you fight a Grade 4 brain cancer?
With a positive spirit, a never-say-die attitude, a supportive family and a sense of humour!
Cancer in the Forties is the inspiring story of a man who kept his spirit positive and his never-say-die attitude alive, right through all the ups and downs of a Grade 4 brain cancer.
When Sanjay was affected by cancer in his forties, his first reaction was that of disbelief. But slowly, he started fighting back. He realized that cancer was to be respected but not feared. Cancer in the Forties captures his journey over eighteen months; starting with the early symptoms that he had missed, the treatments that he took, and the simple methods that he introduced for monitoring his daily progress. The book documents his successes and failures in equal measure, but has one theme in common – Never Give Up!
