Rise of the Specter

Sam Reed is not your average hitman. Unlike most others, he has a conscious. Unfortunately, it's his conscious that puts him in the river with a bullet wound in his back courtesy of his boss, a mobster named Vince Zapato. But rather than return to his career as a hitman, the experience changes Sam. With the help of a former police chief and his son, Sam decides to use his talents for good. He decides to become the Specter, a masked vigilante willing to do whatever is necessary to take down Zapato and men like him. Meanwhile, Zapato is waging a war on the city's police force and the district attorney. Can the Specter stop him before it's too late? Can he save the city while keeping those he cares about safe?
