Modeling Business Processes: A quick introduction to BPMN

In this book, you are going to learn how to use Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to design business processes.
We are going to use the software Bizagi in our examples, but you don´t have to install it in order to understand and learn BPMN.
As we present you the elements of the standard, we are going to create an example of a business process, trying to make the learning process easier by connecting abstract concepts to their use in a real life situation.
Our goal is to present BPMN in its simplest form, showing its core elements, which, you will see, are not so many but are powerful enough to allow you start designing business processes.
