This saga is about an octogenarian runner who finds a new life in his 80s at a faster pace, but the old life still has to be dealt with. This continuing saga is about how he copes and deals with his new life at a faster speed and how he battles to keep his new found freedom. Now that we know that the octogenarian slow jogger we’ve come to know does not like to called a runner, we will pursue the continuing saga of the octogenarian slow jogger and the joys and intrusions upon his physical, mental, and spiritual lives as he progresses toward his goals at a faster speed than he ever anticipated. Before no one to have anything to do with him. Now, he must race to barely keep ahead of the people who want to run with him, the people who want to look at him in action, the doctors who want to write about him, the research who want to find out what makes him tick, others brokering bits and pieces of a fragile man whose only wish it to go out and jog in the wet sand, but only slowly.
