Christmas is around the corner, well, I need to prepare a sumptuous Christmas dinner for the family. This is a task that I dread every year, I’m running out of idea on what to do !!!
A friend of mine suggested that I go around to try out the restaurants in our neighborhood. And get the best recipes that I can get. This will be difficult and expensive, not to mention time consuming.

I was thinking to myself, I need to quickly figure out what to do. Then an idea came out to me when I was watching HBO. Whammmmm……..

I sat down to my computer and did some research and found, " there are tons of recipes that look hard and expensive to prepare."

I started to look for easy recipes that I could do for my family and these recipes must be GOOD to eat and can impress my cousins and nieces.
