Chasing Pearl: Love, Life, and Lingerings is a poetry chapbook.

Self-published poems consist of pantoum, sonnet, haiku, free verse, and experimental poetry ("Alone" is to be read as three poems in one).

Inspirations have come from my loving fiance, my best friend who passed away fighting the war in Afghanistan, and random thoughts/conversations/analyses that strike without warning (and sometimes "From My Breakfast Barstool"). Topics include love, war, society, nature, life & death.
