Things weren't coincidentally out of control. CNN had live coverage of an overrun Vatican; looters rampaging sacking shooting, slaughtering Priests and Nuns and one another while St. Peter’s Basilica was consumed in a prodigious fire that seemed burning from within the very depths of hell through flaming whirling’s into the Dark Heavens above.
Now I began associating the siren noises out on the streets and as I peered past the curtain, Paris too was on blaze.
Next morning the news had little changed. Finally, I switched the screen off, a cold shower would crisp me up. After I realized and appreciated how much I missed to dress a clean set of cloth and I certainly shared the same feeling with fresh made coffee.
I probed through the anthracite kitchenette drape to the gloomy and eerie dusky streets while sirens screamed ravaging any of the residual hope. Again I switched on the TV; most of the stations were off air, others repeatedly showed Pope’s message between images of a burning Vatican and Worldwide unrest.
