Hummingbird UFO

Captain Kidder encounters a hummingbird while in flight. He and the computer technician in the jet drone land on an uninhabited island where the confront the hummingbird and are sedated by it. Captain Kidder becomes an investigative spy attempting to find out the origin and purpose of the hummingbird. A very attractive young becomes part of his investigation. He then discovers the CIA has a rogue boss in Honolulu being used by terrorists attempting to instigate a war between China and the US. Discovered by the rogue boss, he is saved by the hummingbird drone. Is he to trust the alien for its help and help the alien, in turn, obtain a nuke for nuclear fuel. He has little choice but to play along and hope to discover the truth. Hopefully the alien is not here as a scout to discover the military weaknesses of earthlings.
