Sojourn Sol (Eternal Sol)

Rhoas'Anak was where children of natural births, like Tamil and Henny, could find a home. It was sanctuary for the people that shouldn't exist. They were different, tainted by human nature, and the process of random selection. They didn't have the pure genes of a man engineered in the birthing center, and that meant that they couldn't live like everyone else. They had to find their own way to survive.

The two were good friends, and had known each other their whole lives. They always knew that one day, when Tamil came of age, he would have to leave Henny behind, but it wasn't going to be easy. She told him she loved him right before he left, but he never got a chance to tell her he loved her back.
