A vacation.

It was almost a word in a foreign language. Raising two young boys, working and making attempts to fix up a house in need of a lot of fixing up.

Two weeks, she thought, almost giddy at the very notion.

When the man she had called boss appeared at her door, it didn’t occur to her that her appearance was vastly different from her office persona.

But he didn’t recognize her.

And he was offering her a lot of money if she worked for him over her “sister’s” vacation.

Things were definitely getting complicated.
