FOREX TRADING: IT'S NOT WORTH THE RISK: A personal tale of a former retail forex trader

I got into Forex trading much like most people did, I was looking for a way to make myself financially independent. There were various reasons that I chose Forex, but chief among them was the size of the market. Just getting a small percentage of it would make me rich beyond my dreams. I quickly discovered that it was actually not that simple. Actually I discovered slowly and painfully that it was among the most difficult ways to make money as an amateur. What follows are reasons, why as an amateur this form of alternative investment should be avoided at all costs.
