Bonsai Master Guide

Bonsai is a Japanese word that is made from a combination of two words, ‘bon’ and ‘sai’ in which ‘bon’ is a thin bowl or dish and ‘sai’ is a plant or any tree that can be planted. Therefore, Bonsai can be defined as an art of growing woody plants or trees in containers. The trees are grown from regular seeds but certain techniques are applied as the tree grows to ‘dwarf’ it to give it a miniature look.
