This book serves as a visual guide to assist students to effectively understand foundation mathematical concepts. It is a great guide for a wide range of people, from kids starting maths to anybody wanting to revisit mathematical foundation concepts.
The book came about as a guide for my ADHD son struggling with mathematics. He is a highly visual learner and struggled to remember most of the concepts covered in this book.
The purpose of this book was to serve as a quick visual reference whenever he came across a math calculation and could not remember the steps to solve it. Through the repeated use of this guide my son had committed these steps to memory, as a mother it was a very liberating feeling to see the progress he made, and continuous to make.
I hope this book helps other visual learners in the same way it helped my son, and liberate other moms and dads as it did for us. I kept the explanations and steps as short as possible and colorful to make them easy to remember.
