Building a Table Top Poultry Plucker

This book is about building of a simple and effective plucker which may be used to pluck a variety of different birds. From Pheasants to Turkeys.

The nice thing about this type of Plucker is that the bird is held by its feet and rotated around where the feathers need to be removed. If you see the feathers are still in a specific spot merely apply that portion to the rotating fingers.

It is also easy to build and simple to maintain.
