ReMag Magnesium Solution is a 60,000ppm concentration of 99.99% pure elemental magnesium in liquid form and is very strong. You can begin with an 1/8 tsp. to a 1/4 tsp. ONCE a day, adding it to a quart of water. ReMag Magnesium Solution can also be taken in juice, green tea, a fruit smoothie, or in a protein shake. You can also add food grade essential oils to your water, along with lemon or Apple Cider Vinegar, to enhance the taste.
