Jaimie Simmons is by rights as the oldest stalwort and serious. Often too serious even for his own good. When a simple misunderstanding rubs him the wrong way of one feisty reporter, Jaime isn t backing down.

Gabrielle Montague is sick and tired of trying to get to her next assignment. Riding in the back of a rusty, dirty pick-up truck isn t her idea of traveling in style. Still, she needs this interview and she d determined to make it work. It seems that fate has other plans.

When Gabrielle tries to do her interview she runs headfirst into Jaime Simmons and his arrogant attitude. With little to do but wait, Gabrielle finds a new and much more interesting story in the oldest Simmons brother. Along the way, however, she discovers that some things are best left alone.
