HOW TO COOK WITH CORN STARCH:
TO THICKEN HOT LIQUIDS: Mix corn starch with a little cold water then slowly stir into hot liquid. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
TO MAKE CAKE FLOUR: To make one cup, combine 3/4 Cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour with 2 tbsp. corn starch.
