Tourists, anarchists, politicians, and a hurricane drive this story of high seas adventure!
Not a yachting person, it takes some convincing to get June Kato to join her friends on a boat tour of the Hawaiian Islands. But with nothing else better to do on her yearly vacation, she packs a bag and goes in search of fun and a change of scenery.
On another island, a small group of rabble rousers makes plans to protest the plight of the Hawaiians on an isolated isle. Elsewhere in a community meeting room, lawyers, military advisers, disgruntled island residents, and tour operators gather to hash out new tourism policies.
But it is what's brewing over the distant horizon that should concern them all as a hurricane of trouble is headed in their direction!
