David Francis Curran, a writer on the television series WISEGUY, a 2018 and a 2019 MPL fiction award winner, and a WINNER of a 2018 READER'S FAVORITE INTERNATIONAL BOOK AWARD IN RECOGNITION OF EXCELLENCE IN WRITING (SLEUTHS) was one of a handful of authors who published Sherlockian pastiches when such work had to be licensed by the Doyle estate.
