How to terminate Cat6/Cat5e patch cord?
1. Place snagless boot facing out on the cable
2. Strip back the cable jacket approximately 1 inch
3. Un-twist each of the 4 pairs and straighten each wire
4. Place the wires in the order (568B or 568A)
5. Cut all of the wires at a 90 degree angle
6. Insert the wires into the connector
7. Place the connector into the crimp tool, and squeeze hard
8. Repeat the process on the other end
9. Use a cable tester to check for continuity, opens and shorts
