Careering towards being an O.A.P. Kevin dreamed of becoming a "Touring Cyclist".
Armed only with long hair, a disability and very little directional sense, this tells of his efforts to pedal (and push) a heavily laden bike over several meandering miles from Wales, back to his home on the South Kent coast.
Despite concern from his family and indifference from Ralph the cat, he actually attempted cycling this more than once!
With many highs and lows, this funny true yarn will inspire others to do the same.
It is a cycle touring adventure, told with the Author's vivid descriptions and interspersed with humour. A true tale of how a person of very limited ability other than the knowledge of riding a bike and a rough Idea which way to go, attempted to navigate his way across England with the assistance of old Ordnance Survey maps and very spindly legs.
