TIPS AND TRICKS:
- The water temperature should be between 195-206F
- Rinse the filter with warm water before brewing
- Be consistent, use scales and timers to record your results
- Pour enough water to get all the grounds wet
- Pour water slowly, letting the carbon dioxide escape
