Easy Installation Steps 1.Simply wrap Teflon Tape around the threads of shower arm, then gently screw the bracket onto shower arm.  2.Put a washer into the hex nut of hose and connect it to the bracket.  3.Put a washer into the conical nut of hose and connect it to hand-held shower head.  4.Adjust the brass swivel ball joint of the bracket to your desired angle. Attention: Make sure to put the rubber washer into each nut of the shower hose. Please connect the hex nut of hose with the bracket. Incorrect installation could cause leak or make shower head can't fit the bracket.  The flow restrictor can be removed from hand-held shower head using tweezers as needed during lower water pressure or in pursuit of stronger water flow
