Directions：
Clean LED mouthpiece with soap and water (make sure it is not plugged in to phone or computer).
Apply small amount of your own gel to upper and lower trays or place your strips on clean, dry teeth. Place Light in mouth.
Plug in to phone or computer. If you need to spit, remove mouthpiece, spit, place in mouth.
Continue whitening for 25 minutes total for up to 14 days. Cleanse mouthpiece and thoroughly dry after each use. Store in a dry area.
