Zion is the king of licks. He takes pride in the way that he convinces people to hand over their personal possessions. Zion learned the game from his father, Ghost. After four years of trials and errors, he has out done his father in lick hitting. His hitta, Yonnise, has been his backbone since grade school. Their relationship has often been imitated, but never duplicated.
Zion gets caught in a web of lies and deceit with District Attorney Straus. It becomes a game of cat and mouse. Zion is caught in a mouse trap as District Attorney Straus tries to put him away for life. With the possibility of serving an extensive sentence behind bars, Yonnise steps up and takes the reigns for Zion picking up where he left off. She has to pay the lawyer to set him free.
