Several ways to use:

1. Massage the sore area gently. You may use the back side moving from the sore area toward the areola for 5-10 minutes.
2. One hand gently hold the breast, the other hand hold Breast Massager, massage from the circumference (bottom & underarm) of the breast to the areola for 2-5 minutes.
3. Massage breast with the angled side to prepare for latching or pumping and initiate letdown.
4. Relieve engorgement and empty the breast more efficiently with the back of the massager.
* For extra relief, you may alternate with a cold compress.


When to use the Breast Milk Massager

Postpartum: Use it immediately after childbirth. Apply the same pressure to the massager as you do when brushing your hair.
Breast Engorgement and Clogged Ducts: To unclog milk ducts, and for breast engorgement, apply a bit more pressure to the massager. Point the tip side toward the breast and massage three to five times before breastfeeding, or before milk extraction using a milk pump. You may adjust the frequency of massage in line with the degree of breast engorgement.
