WHODUNNIT?: A murder mystery

An industrialist's bullet-ridden dead body is found in the suite of a luxury hotel. A lady is found sitting in the adjoining suite, holding a glass of champagne in one hand and a gun in another, waiting for the police to come and arrest her. Did she really kill him? If yes, why? If not, whodunnit?
